TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Conditions

• All rates are quoted in Camellia Agro Village has the right to increase rate if government increases existing taxes or introduces new taxes
• Rates are non-commissionable.
• Rates cannot be published for sale on any online/ offline channel or on any other 3rd party site without obtaining prior consent from the hotel.
• Check-in time is 14.00hrs and check-out time is 12.00hrs. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability upon arrival or on the day of departure.

STANDARD CHILD POLICY

Child Policy

• Children between the ages of 0 – 5.99, will be considered FOC, with an allowance of up to 02 children sharing a room with parents.
• Children between the ages of 6 – 11.99, will be charged 50% of the adult meal rate, with an allowance of up to 02 children sharing a room with parents.
• Children above the ages of 12 will be considered as adults.

CANCELLATION, EARLY DEPARTURE AND NO SHOW POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 07-01 days before arrival: 1 night will be charged.
• Cancellations made on day on arrival: no refund.

EARLY DEPARTURE

No refund.

NO SHOWS

• On the date of arrival will be charged in full with no refunds.

PETS

• No pets are allowed.

BELONGINGS

• The hotel cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Please use the safety locker provided in your room/front office for any valuable items. If we find a “lost item”, we will keep it safe for you and can will ship items back (at your expense). Any lost items which are not claimed within 30 days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.

SMOKING

• All our rooms are NON-SMOKING. We provide ashtrays and matches on your porch for outdoor smoking.

DOCTOR ON-CALL

• Camellia Agro Village has a doctor on call twenty-four (24) hours of the day. The guest will bear the cost of the doctor’s call out fee, and any further costs required will be taken by the guest. Any serious injuries which cannot be treated by the hotel doctor will be directed to the closest hospital for further treatment

LIABILITY

• The hotel’s liability shall be limited to wilful acts and gross negligence by its employees or agents. Therefore, we do not accept responsibility for any death, personal injury, damage or loss of personal belongings unless it is caused by any fault of ours, meaning failure by us to use reasonable skill and care in performing our duties.

THIRD PARTY LIABILITY

• The hotel does not accept any liability for services rendered by third parties to our guests, notwithstanding that such services may be arranged by us. Any claim, demand, charge, suit or damages which may be incurred by the guests shall be made directly with such third parties and the hotel shall render all reasonable assistance in this regard.
